Appointment Cancellation Policy

(hair color, perm, styling & makeup services)

Thank you for choosing our services. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within this timeframe, there will be no charge. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment price.

Please note that failure to show up for your appointment or not receiving the selected service will also result in a no-show fee, which will be charged at the same rate. We regret to inform you that no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours or for services not rendered due to a no-show.

To book another appointment, any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be settled. Additionally, repeated cancellations or no-shows will require a deposit at the time of booking future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

While we stand by a satisfaction guarantee for all our services, it is important to note that we do not provide refunds for any service.
